Chery's iCar V27, a new mid-to-large-sized SUV, made its China debut today at the 2025 Auto Guangzhou. This car made its global debut in the UAE this August, under the brand name iCaur. Positioned as the iCar brand's first extended-range electric vehicle (EREV) and the flagship of its V-series, the V27 is expected to hit the market in the first quarter of 2026, with an estimated price range of 200,000 to 300,000 yuan (28,000 to 42,000 USD). The vehicle has already been filed with China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

The iCar V27's fascia features a narrow grille flanked by square lamp housings with distinctive circular light strips, with a silver skid plate on the front bumper.
From the side, the V27 boasts a boxy and muscular profile, characterised by straight, assertive lines. It carries over familiar design cues from the iCar V23, such as the blind window at the rear, which integrates an NFC module and camera. In terms of dimensions, the iCar V27 measures 4909 mm in length, 1976 mm in width, and 1855 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2910 mm.
Inside, the V27 maintains the brand's family-oriented interior style but introduces several refined details. A floating central control screen dominates the dashboard, with air vents and a row of physical buttons positioned below, reinforcing its off-road character. The central armrest area will feature a wireless charging pad, a driving mode selector knob, and cup holders. Consistent with previous models, the V27 is expected to feature a central control screen without a separate instrument cluster. The rear cabin offers a three-seat layout and includes dedicated air conditioning vents.
