The upgrade of the ZEEKR 007 system mainly includes the air conditioning system, the in-vehicle infotainment system and the braking system.
For the upgrade of the air conditioning system, you can make an appointment through the ZEEKR APP. If the appointment is fully booked within a week, you can contact the butler for assistance in arranging it. You may need to wait in line at the after-sales service store. If time is tight, you can pick up your car after the upgrade is completed at the after-sales service.
The in-vehicle infotainment system is about to receive the OTA upgrade version ZEEKR 007 OS 6.1, which is planned to be officially pushed from the end of April to the beginning of May. This upgrade will bring over 100 new and optimized functions, including mechanical parking, APA front parking, optimized fingertip parking, intelligent driving covering more scenarios, upgraded cabin privacy protection, and Sentinel mode, etc. When upgrading the vehicle's infotainment system, please ensure that the vehicle's battery is fully charged (more than 30%) and it is parked in a place with strong signals.
Enter the vehicle's infotainment system to check the update log. If there is a push, you can download it. There are two ways to download. One is automatic download, and the other is to turn on the "Comfort Mode" after parking and set it for two hours. After the download is complete, it can be installed on the mobile APP or the car's infotainment system. The entire process takes approximately one hour. Please note that after a successful upgrade, when you use the 360 image for the first time, it will prompt that a 6-minute upgrade time is needed. At this point, the panoramic image may become invalid. If the upgrade conditions are not met, you can restart the car's infotainment system and drive for more than 15 minutes.
