Battery and range
One of the main questions about an electric car is how far it will go. And here BYD did not disappoint. The 2025 Tang L is equipped with a 100.5 kWh battery. This is a lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery produced by Fudi, with efficient direct cooling and the possibility of preheating in winter.
The officially declared CLTC cycle range is 600 km. In real city driving, you can expect to get around 500-550 km, depending on driving style, temperature and load.
